For properties in this price range you will be buying, in general, a house ready to move into but
would still require finishing to your own tastes - much the same as in the UK. For the lower end of
this range, you should be looking at a house with 2 or 3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and a
small piece of land. Towards the top end of this price range, you should be getting a 4 or 5
bedroomed house, with en-suite facilities, at least 1 lounge, kitchen, dining room, garage and a good
sized piece of land.

We meet up with you for a coffee or lunch and get to know exactly what you are looking for
and what your plans are for the future. You will be able to look through our brochure on
properties and discuss with us the location, condition, price etc.
Having chosen several properties, we will then make arrangements with the owners for a
viewing,at this stage, if you wish, we will have our legal representative present to answer
any questions.
If you decide to purchase a property, we will then help you with your fiscal numbers and
bank accounts and start the paperwork with our lawyer.
When all the paperwork is complete, the transfer of ownership is carried out at the notary's
office. If you cannot return to Portugal when this is due, we will if you wish, represent you
and ensure the deeds are given to your lawyer or sent to you by registered post.
